Welcome to Clemson RUF!
We are a campus ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) that welcomes students from any and all walks of life. Regardless of your beliefs or doubts, RUF is a place for you to explore Christianity and grow in your understanding of Jesus Christ and what it means to follow him in community with others at Clemson University.

HOMECOMING ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION: We are thrilled to be commemorating Reformed University Fellowship's 35th year on the campus of Clemson University! Would you join us over Homecoming Weekend as we celebrate God's work through the years? Details and RSVP info at clemsonruf.org.
CLEMSON RUF ALUMNI SURVEY: In an effort to reconnect with nearly 35 years worth of alumni, we value your input! If you are a Clemson alum, please take a moment to fill out this form. Feel free to share with your network of fellow Clemson RUF alums!
Freshmen Fellowship Groups (FFGs): FFGs are a great way to get connected to smaller groups of freshmen in RUF, along with a couple of upperclassmen. Each group will consist of 6-8 students, will meet once a month for a fellowship (read: fun) event, and you’ll have an opportunity to meet regularly with your upperclassman host. It’s a low commitment opportunity that will yield long-term relational results! Sign up on this form.
Reid and Kelli Jones, together with their girls, Lucy and Jordan, moved from north Alabama to Clemson in the summer of 2017… because they’re the biggest bandwagon fans of all time. They are excited to join an exciting and thriving community, both on and off the campus.
Reid and Kelli met while attending Troy University (Go Trojans!) and they were married in 2005. Reid received his Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in Charlotte in 2010. Before moving to Clemson, Reid was the RUF Campus Minister at the University of Alabama in Huntsville for five years, and he served as an assistant pastor in Utah before that.
The Lord has used RUF to reach and equip Clemson students for nearly 35 years. Reid and Kelli are thrilled to be a part of reaching the next generation of Clemson students, and continuing to minister in this fantastic community!
Jennifer Kent has spent the last three years working as the RUF Intern at The University of Alabama in Huntsville, alongside Campus Minister, Reid Jones. Jenn got connected to RUF through her Intern when she transferred to Kennesaw State University her sophomore year. She so enjoyed being pursued by her Intern that she wanted to do the same thing for other girls. Throughout college she volunteered for her church's youth group and decided that the RUF Internship was where God was calling her next. Jenn loved the internship so much that she decided that she wanted to do RUF Campus Staff and is super excited to serve and love the girls of Clemson.
In 2014 Jenn graduated with a BA Degree in Dance with a concentration in Ballet. While Jenn is no longer dancing, movement is still a part of her life (RUF dance parties are her jam). When she’s not hanging out with students or friends, she enjoys taking Yoga and Pilates Classes. She also loves hiking, or just walking in general. She also enjoys watching baseball (even on TV), but is always glad to attend any sporting event. When Jenn’s not trying to get in her Fitbit steps, you might find her watching The West Wing or Friends on Netflix.
Tucker is originally from Clemson, and, after moves to the midlands and lowcountry of South Carolina, suburban Philadelphia, and Gainesville, FL, he is thrilled to be returning home! He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in history and was heavily involved with RUF during his time there, which provided Tucker with a community that welcomed him immediately and encouraged him in his faith. As an intern, he can’t wait to get to know and serve the students of Clemson!
If Tucker isn’t talking to somebody or reading, you might find him fishing, watching or discussing college football, playing sports, or running so he can justify eating so much barbecue.
